How Does Video Email Work?

*You create or upload a video message on your computer which is autmatically compressed, encoded and sent to Talk Fusion's servers.  The servers create a hyperlink which appears as a full-color Snapshot of your message and template right in the body of your email!  Receipients click on the Snapshot to view your streamed video message.

Adobe Flash Player is required to view Talk Fusion Video Emails, (which is usually required to view videos on the internet).  If not already installed,

it can be downloaded quickly and easily.   Adobe Flash Player can also be downloaded from the Talk Fusion Website.

 

Viewing Videos

 

Does the person who receives a Video Email need any special software to play the video?

*No, a hyperlink is sent to the recipient via email (as explained above).  Simply click on the hyperlink and the video message plays automatically.

 

Can Video Emails be viewed on a MAC and a Windows-based PC?

*Yes, Talk Fusion Video Emails can be viewed on both.

 

Can Video Emails be viewed on my Smartphone?

*In addition to iPhone, iPad and Android devices, Talk Fusion Video Emails can be viewed on most mobile devices currently available.

 

Do I have to change my email address to send Talk Fusion Video Emails?

*No, you can use your current email address.

 

Sending Videos

 

Video Specifications:

 

There are only a few things you will need before being able to send Talk Fusion's Video Emails....

 

Operating System:       Windows XP or higher or Mac OSX or higher

 

Processor:                   Pentium 41.4 Ghz or AMD Athlon Processor or higher, Intel Processor or Power PC 8.1 or higher

 

Memory:                      512MB Ram (1 Gigabyte recommended for XP, 2 Gigabytes recommended for Vista/7

 

Browser:                      Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer 7 or higher

 

Internet Connection:      Broadband is highly recommended (DSL, Cable modem, T1, etc.

 

Bandwidth:                   Talk Fusion was designed for use with a broadband connection for full-motion video and audio streaming:

                                   optimum bandwidth is 1080 kbps.  However, there are not any software limitations with using a dial-up

                                   connection .  When using a dial-up connection to send, the user will notice a longer file upload period and

                                   the video quality may be reduced.  Talk Fusion will automatically stream your videos at the maximum speed

                                   that your Internet connection can support.  The Video Messages can be viewed by the recipients on either

                                   high-speed or dial-up connections.

How much video recording time do I get with Talk Fusion?

*You get 20 minutes recording time for each video Email.

*Talk Fusion also gives you the option to combine several videos during that time.

 

Can Talk Fusion Video messages be created by all operating systems?

*Yes, Talk fusion video messages are compatible with all operating systems and can be viewed and created by users on any

platform

 

Can Video Emails be created on my mobile device?
